Jerez de los Caballeros
Jerez de los Caballeros is a magnificent city dotted with history and monumental buildings. Declared Artistic Monumental Ensemble, have passed through it Phoenicians, Romans, Arabs and Christians. However, it was the Knights Templar who left a deep impression. The latter consolidated the Arab fortress, giving rise to what we now know as the Templar Fortress, raising the walled enclosure that protected the city, fortress in which we find the Blood Tower.
